I am a GAABS-registered Behavioral Scientist and a SIOP-registered industrial-organizational psychologist.

As a behavioral scientist leading intervention designs and advisory for financial and power companies, I bring evidence to intuitive guesses about consumers and their tendencies.

As a certified Global Remuneration Professional and an ex-research scientist for Korn Ferry Institute, I develop frameworks and diagnose main issues of organizational problems.

CORE EXPERTISE
LINKAGE ANALYSIS
Engagement and organizational diagnostic surveys are often used by comparing with benchmarks or using gaps analysis. But what is the purpose if there is no link to important HR and Business outcomes? Why not use the HR Scorecard or Organization Guidance System to identify the areas of leverage specific to you? I have produce linkage-analysis reports for a wide range of companies in US, UK, Moldova, and Kyrgyzstan.
QUANTITATIVE MODELING
Completed numerous projects involving the use of psychometrics, structural equation modeling, multi-level modeling, logistic regression, Mixed GLM, latent class modeling, multidimensional scaling, cluster analysis, etc. I use Statistica, SPSS, Mplus, AMOS, and R.
SIMULATION MODELING
Dissertation and 2 published works revolved around Swarm intelligence, to which I used agent-based modeling to explain collective behavior. I have also created a model that illustrated workers strike to SMRT in 2012. My other works have been presented at conferences on complexity science and econophysics. I use Netlogo and Anylogic.
SURVEY METHODOLOGY
Designed 50+ surveys (till date) for various target populations, managed survey translations protocols for over 7 languages, and planned the data collection for both online and offline surveys. I developed survey panel for longitudinal studies, and also used vignette-based and policy-capturing approaches to conducted online survey-based experiments. I use Qualtrics.
